Office lunches rarely come with a confirmed guest list. People work from home, a client joins late, half the team skips. Trays are built for that: you pick Small, Medium, or Large yourself instead of committing to a per-person number, so a room that turns out to be twelve people instead of eighteen just means leftovers, not a billing correction. Same-day is possible with three hours' notice, which covers the meeting that got scheduled this morning.

A workable default for a conference-room lunch is one Medium chicken tray, one Medium vegetarian tray, and a naan tray — meat-eaters and vegetarians both get a real main rather than a side, and nothing needs a separate order. All meat is halal. If your headcount actually is confirmed and you want the quantity calculated for you instead, our catering packages do that from 15 guests up.
